Pronto Digital Solutions (“we”, “us”) is a web design business based in Cavite, Philippines. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We handle personal data in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us. That’s it — we don’t buy data and we don’t track you across other websites.
- Contact details you enter into our project brief or contact form: your name, business name, email address and mobile number.
- Project information you share so we can quote and build accurately.
- Basic usage data such as pages visited and approximate location, if website analytics are enabled. This is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver the work you’ve engaged us for, issue receipts, and keep proper business records. Nothing else.
What we don’t do
- We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- We don’t add you to a marketing list without you asking.
- We don’t share your project details with anyone outside the work.
Who else may see it
Only the service providers needed to run the business, and only to the extent required: our form provider, which delivers form submissions to our email inbox; our email provider, where correspondence is stored; and domain and hosting providers, when we register or set these up on your behalf. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for a further five years afterwards, which is what Philippine tax and business record-keeping rules require.
Cookies
This website uses only what’s necessary to function. If we later add analytics, it will be for aggregate visitor numbers only, and you’ll be asked first where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed about how your data is used, to access it, to correct anything inaccurate, to object to how it’s processed, to have it erased or blocked, and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To exercise any of these, just email us — we’ll action it within 30 days at the latest, and usually the same week.
Security
Your information is held in password-protected accounts with two-factor authentication enabled, and this website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures to keep your data safe.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
